EligibilityPeople of all ages with all types of dementia * a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias * living within the Region of York * meets CCAC (Community Care Access Centre’s) eligibility criteria 
ApplicationReferrals are welcomed from hospitals, health and other social service agencies, physicians, relatives and friends
FeesProgram - $20.00 per day ; Fee includes a hot lunch, two snacks and various materials used in the program * Fee assistance available for Sliding scale based on income.
