| Description | Supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness * programs include: Community Education; Case Management; Social Recreation/Rehabilitation; Mental Health Court Support; Support for Depression; Youth Wellness; Employment Program; Psycotherapy, Emergency Room Diversion; Assertive Community Treatment; Early Psychosis Intervention Telemedicine Program: allows patients to see their doctor or specialist via a live and secure video connection * Patients travel to one of our local CMHA-YR Telemedicine Studios in Alliston, Aurora, Markham or Vaughan - the advantages of the program are: • Saves the time and cost of traveling further to see your doctor • Parking is free • An onsite nurse is available to help with assessments • Doctors bills service charge through OHIP as usual • Quick Dermatologist referrals and recommendations Call to register for Telemedicine services or for a free demonstration: 1-866-208-5509 ext 8250 (Adria Telemedicine Nurse) or ext 8237 (Nadine Telemedicine Nurse) or email telemedicine@cmha-yr.on.ca | |||
