DescriptionOffers a full range of supervised, planned activities that meet physical, social, intellectual, and cultural interests * delivers 8-10 programs per day that run for half hour duration, including a three-course nutritious lunch and afternoon snack. Transportation is available by our CHATS drivers * first visit is generally two hours (free of charge) so that people can come try the programs, meet the Program facilitators and socialize with other participants 
CHATS staff receive ongoing training to remain current in the field and perform at best-practice standards

MeetingsParticipants meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays  
CHATS offers an integrated program for people who are physically frail, have memory challenges or early to middle stage dementia

EligibilityAges: 55 year(s) and up 
Client must be 55 or older; must live in a home within East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King Township, or Bradford/West Gwillimbury or New Tecumseth; would benefit from preventative health programming geared to frail seniors or seniors with cognitive challenges such as memory loss, confusion, dementia, etc; requires support with Activities of Daily Living (i.e. meals, washroom assistance, etc); has a caregiver who requires respite; would benefit from a friendly, interactive, stimulating social program in a safe environment
