DescriptionA one-stop service designed to guide and support immigrants and newcomers through information and resources in York Region * core services include: settlement and integration (including mentorships); language training (including Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada – LINC, English as a Second Language – ESL, and Enhanced Language Training – ELT); and employment supports (including accreditation and qualifications assistance / information, Job Search Workshops (JSW) program, employment resource areas and Employment Settlement Specialists) * transportation reimbursement and Child Minding services available to eligible individuals
