Make A Blanket
|Contact||Erna Engel; Phone: 905-853-8990|
|Duties||Would you like to make a blanket for someone in need? |
Project Linus welcomes acrylic crocheted or knitted, polar fleece and quilted blankets in any pattern, any size up to 40'x60", and made of yarn that contains no wool fibers because of allergies. They must be machine washable and dry able. These can be dropped off ready made at any one the locations listed below.
We are also looking for volunteers to assist with making blankets for Project Linus at our meetings. We also crochet blankets for non-profit senior homes. Patterns will be supplied along with lessons for beginners if needed!
If you also have acrylic wool that you would like to donate, it would be most appreciated.
