Hours Aurora and Thornhill: Mon-Fri 7 am-6 pm, Sat 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed Sun 
Stouffville hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Eligibility Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or related disorder * living within the Region of York * meets CCAC (Community Care Access Centre’s) eligibility criteria
Application Referrals are welcomed from hospitals, health and other social service agencies, physicians, relatives and friends

Fees Program - $20.00 per day ; Fee includes a hot lunch, two snacks and various materials used in the program * Fee assistance available for Sliding scale based on income.
