CARE Fund for Newmarket residents any age or ability, submit application form demonstrating need for financial assistance and if receiving subsidy (EI, OW, OH, GTRI, ODSP); income tax assessment; donations accepted for CARE x2604 * Fee assistance available for 25-100% registraton fee ; assistance is provided by Town's C.A.R.E. Fund, Canadian Tire JumpStart, York Region Subsidy program.
