Meetings Call the Outdoor Sport Field Hotline if there is a possibility that rain has cancelled your game * the Town of Newmarket has an Outdoor Sport Field Hotline to monitor the status of Town permitted fields * residents can call 1-877-752-9936 -- call after 2 pm for an update on the fields * when the Town pulls the permits for the diamonds, the association is not allowed on the diamonds until the town has determined it is suitable to play on, which includes both infield and outfield * if an NMSA member or team is found using a diamond when the permits have been pulled, the association could lose the use of that diamond for an indefinite period of time along with payment for damages
