Description (Service) Service Club for men and women * financial assistance and support to youth in the community and support for many youth programs * scholarships to winners of Character Matters awards to grade 11 students of 5 area high schools * annual Family Urban Fishing Festival at Fairy Lake in Newmarket * annual chess challenge for students * approximately 30 members
Hours General Social Meeting on the first Tue evening of each month and a General Business Meeting on the third Tue evening of each month from Sep-Jun
Meetings Dinner meeting on the first Tue evening of each month from Sep-Jun, held in the upstairs room at the Optimist Youth Hall, located at 55 Forhan Ave in Newmarket, starting at 7 pm
