Description (Service) Sole Mates 7 am (when the mall doors open) * walking program to promote healthy fitness * joint effort of Upper Canada Mall and heartyparty.com *walkers are free to walk as long and as often as they want * walkers monitor their own laps (as outlined by map in their sign-up package) and submit their lap cards once a week to Guest Services * members are recognized twice a year in an awards ceremony 
 
Stroller Mates: 8:30 am – 9:30 am * joint venture of Upper Canada Mall and heartyparty.com to promote healthyfitness and social networking for parents and caregivers * join a mall stroller walking program led by an instructor * attend educational workshops on healthy eating hosted by a certified nutritionist
Hours Sole Mates: Doors open at 7 am * Stroller Mates: the instructor-lead program begins Tue & Thu at 8:30 am, meeting on the upper level in front of The Bay * Mall Hours: Mon-Fri 10 am-9 pm * Sat 10 am-6 pm * Sun 11 am-6 pm
