Description (Service) Addiction assessment and out-patient treatment services offering family-focused assessment and treatment for persons who misuse alcohol or prescription medication and support for associated physical and mental health issues  
Services include: 
* community withdrawal management  
* counselling for problem gambling issues  
* counselling for pregnant women and substance use issues  
* Problem Gambling Program  
* Umbrellas Program supports pregnant and parenting women (with children up to six months old) involved with alcohol and/or drugs  
* support with food, transportation and child supervision available for clients 
* Housing First program (HFP): a program based in the community that provides support to individuals in York Region who are experiencing homelessness and are living with addiction or addiction with presenting symptoms of mental illness in the absence of a formal diagnosis
