Telemedicine Program : patients to see their doctor or specialist via a live and secure video connection * Patients travel to a local CMHA-YR Telemedicine Studios in Alliston, Aurora, Markham or Vaughan * Saves the time and cost of traveling further to see a doctor * onsite nurse available to help with assessments * Doctors bills service charge through OHIP * Quick Dermatologist referrals and recommendations;

Living Life to the Full : an 8-week course that provides effective tools to maximize ability to manage life’s challenges * a group-based course based on the principles of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which focuses on understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours work together to impact well-being * each 90 minute session focuses on a different topic, such as understanding unhelpful thoughts, engaging in enjoyable activities, coping with anger, and solving daunting problems * Living Life to the Full is intended for all ages;

workshops provide information regarding mental health and illness, guidance on responding respectfully and effectively to those struggling with mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and workplace responsibilities in relation to mental health * Mental Health First Aid, Workplace Wellness, Resilient Minds in Tough Times, Seniors and Depression, Mental Health Works and more
