Description (Service) Programs include: BounceBack; Community Education; Case Management; Social Recreation/Rehabilitation; Mental Health Court Support; Support for Depression; Youth Wellness; Employment Program; Group Psychiatry; Psychotherapy, Emergency Room Diversion; Assertive Community Treatment; Early Psychosis Intervention; MOBYSS (mobile youth walk-in clinic) 
Telemedicine Program: allows patients to see their doctor or specialist via a live and secure video connection * Patients travel to a local CMHA-YR Telemedicine Studios in Alliston, Aurora, Markham or Vaughan - the advantages of the program are:  
* Saves the time and cost of traveling further to see a doctor  
* Parking is free 
* An onsite nurse is available to help with assessments  
* Doctors bills service charge through OHIP as usual 
* Quick Dermatologist referrals and recommendations  
Living Life to the Full: an 8-week course that provides people from all walks of life with effective tools to maximize their ability to manage life’s challenges * a group-based course based on the principles of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which focuses on understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours work together to impact well-being * each 90 minute session focuses on a different topic, such as understanding unhelpful thoughts, engaging in enjoyable activities, coping with anger, and solving daunting problems * Living Life to the Full is intended for all ages, and is available in both English and French

Eligibility Assists people with mental health difficulties * in most cases, clients must be 16 years of age or older * MOBYSS (mobile youth walk-in clinic) serves individuals aged 12-25 and some services are open to those 14 years of age (i.e. Living Life to the Full course)

Languages English ; English is the primary language in which service is offered * interpretive services are available to those who prefer to receive service in an alternate language * the organization has a strong focus on cultural competency and is taking steps to ensure that many cultures are represented among the staff team
