Description (Service) Programs include on-scene response, telephone crisis response, community collaboration, support link * domestic violence * family occurrences * sexual assault * assault * robbery * fire * break & enter * homicide * sudden death * traffic accidents * property crimes/damage * criminal harassment *fatal motor vehicle accident 
On-site crisis intervention * safety planning * referrals to community services * provision of cellular telephones for eligible victims * enhanced support for vulnerable victims 
Assistance with application to Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) -- immediate assistance with emergency expenses related to the incident, including accommodation, meals, transportation, dependent care costs, counselling and funeral expenses
