Description (Service) Emergency Shelter Services for women, youth and children escaping or at risk abusive situations; 24 hour crisis line * Immediate telephone crisis intervention * transportation assistance * counselling * emotional support * information and referral services to community resources * educational and employment support * advocacy services 
 
ETA Vaughan Outreach Centre provides supports to the community * services include; counselling, advocacy, resources and tools to achieve goals, referrals to community agencies, safety planning, form filing assistance 
 
Youth Achieving Empowerment (YAE) Program for youth as a violence prevention and intervention program * provides outreach services to various schools and community centres engaging in seminars, presentations and workshops on a variety of topics that impact youth including healthy relationships, self-esteem, bullying, stress, schooling transition and health.
Hours Shelter: Monday- Sunday 24 hours
