Description (Service) Program for people who have suffered a brain injury due to trauma, anoxia, stroke or aneurysm * offered in partnership with Mackenzie Health * Regular activities include: group activities, Sudoku or crosswords, monthly off-site cooking program, exercise, and computer activities

Application Contact Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) * CCAC coordinator will provide information about adult day programs in community, assess health care needs, discuss programs that meet needs, and help with applications
