Application Apply online * visit the circulation desk for membership information/application * Apply online or in person * Applicants will need to bring identification with them to obtain a VPL Library Card

Fees None ; If you live, work, go to school full-time, or own property in the City of Vaughan, you qualify for free membership. If you are a member of Aurora Public Library, Richmond Hill Public Library, Markham Public Library, or Newmarket Public Library, you may also apply for free membership with Vaughan Public Libraries. Membership for those who do not qualify is available for an annual fee of $80.00
