Eligibility Membership is free to all who live, work or go to school in York Region
Application Apply online or in person * you will need to bring identification with you to the library to obtain a VPL Library Card

Fees None ; If you live, work, go to school full-time, or own property in the City of Vaughan, you qualify for free membership * if you are a member of Aurora Public Library, Richmond Hill Public Library, Markham Public Library, Town of Caledon Public Library, King Township Public Library, Brampton Public Library, or Newmarket Public Library, you may also apply for free membership with Vaughan Public Libraries * membership for those who do not qualify is available for an annual fee of $80.00
