Description (Service) A facility where the public may attend to report motor vehicle collisions and/or seek advice on policing-related matters * reporting of minor offences * personal criminal record checks and vulnerable sector screening * volunteer clearance letters * Real-Time Identification (RTID) fingerprint services for Vulnerable Sector Screening applicants

Boundaries Only collisions which have occurred in Richmond Hill, Markham or Vaughan may be reported at the collision reporting centre * if your collision occurred in any other municipality, please have an officer attend

Application Walk-in service; 
Insurance companies and law firms can forward a written request to our mailing address * written requests must include the General Occurence number (if known), the officer's name or badge number, the victim's full name, address, date and location of damage or loss, and a telephone number where a representative can be reached during normal business hours * mail-in requests must include a cheque or money order payable to York Regional Police * for walk-in requests, payment may be cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard or certified cheque or money order payable to the York Regional Police
