Application Contact the provincial administrator at * prospective Master Gardeners should have a good basic knowledge of and interest in gardening, complete a screening quiz and interview * Master Gardeners in Training must successfully complete an educational component and 2 years as volunteers * all members are required to complete at least 30 volunteer hours each year and 6 Continuing Education Units in order to maintain their status
