Description (Service) Assessment and treatment for a wide range of concerns affecting children and adolescents under the age of 19 including: • Anxiety Disorder • Depression • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) • Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) • Bipolar Disorder • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) • Early Signs of Psychosis;

Mind & Body Adolescent Depression Group for teens who suffer from Depression or Bipolar Disorder * group meets twice weekly for 12 weeks * once a week the group participates in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,

Worry Busters children ages 9-12 who struggle with anxiety * Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach, integrated with a variety of creative learning components and relaxation techniques * program runs for 13 weeks with weekly 2-hour sessions * Children attend 10 sessions and parents attend 3 sessions
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Dates Mind and Body groups begin in fall and late winter * Worry Busters offered fall and winter-spring
